Shipping Fee: A flat shipping fee of AED 25 applies to all orders In Abu Dhabi City.
Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 2 to 3 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on the customer’s location and product availability.
Same-day delivery is available for select locations and orders placed before the cut-off time.
All orders are delivered within a maximum of 3 business days.
Shipping Areas: We currently ship only within the Abu Dhabi City.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we maintain a strict no return or exchange policy:
